- All classes are drop-in
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers not permitted.
- Karma Class Note: Due to the popularity of our Karma classes we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the class.
- For hot yoga classes, bring a bath sized towel, yoga mat and re-useable bottle (all our taps offer triple filtered water).
- Please note - we do sell re-usable water bottles.
